RunningWorkbench is a set of running analysis tools. It started as a grade-adjusted race split calculator and is growing from there.
How it is built
A pace prediction is only as good as the physiology behind it. Every tool states the model it uses, cites it where a citation exists, and flags the parts that are heuristics rather than fitted results. See the methodology.
Each tool has a distinct purpose. The suite grows by adding tools rather than widening existing ones.
There are no accounts. Uploaded files are parsed to produce your results and discarded in the same request.
